Actierra is a new consulting engineering company specializing in ecological transition, aiming to address the challenges posed by the climate and environmental crisis through innovative and resilient project engineering.

In Short

• Lead and produce studies, analyses, and deliverables related to climate adaptation strategies.
• Work with local authorities on territorial approaches and adaptation strategies.
• Support water resource managers in their adaptation projects.
• Engage with agricultural stakeholders and develop methodologies for adaptation.
• Collect and analyze environmental, hydrological, and socio-economic data.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
• Identify commercial opportunities and respond to tenders.
• Develop new prospects and partnerships related to water and agriculture.
• Participate in professional events and networks.
• Contribute to internal knowledge capitalizations and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in water sciences, agronomy, or environmental studies.
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or research related to the position.
• Knowledge of adaptation methodologies and climate change policies in France.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS).
• Experience with international missions is a plus.
• Strong interest in commercial development and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in French; knowledge of English or another language is an asset.
