HVAC Business Manager - Energy Efficiency and Fluid Mechanics - Remote

Overview

As part of the Energy department within Ingérop, you will be involved in designing technical HVAC solutions and providing performance consulting for existing sites, working in a modern and stimulating environment.

• Design HVAC solutions for comfort and controlled environments.
• Propose energy-efficient technical solutions to meet ambitious energy labels.
• Consult on energy performance for existing sites.
• Conduct dynamic thermal simulations and regulatory calculations.
• Oversee technical documentation and project notes.
• Lead a team of engineers and draftsmen.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams under a project manager.
• Monitor construction work with technical interventions.
• Travel for short durations to various industrial and public sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Climate Engineering, Energy, or Fluid Mechanics.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC and energy efficiency.
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with energy performance actions and eligible subsidies.
• Understanding of energy and climate engineering regulations.
• Safety and health knowledge relevant to construction sites.
• Strong teamwork and initiative skills.
• Ability to adapt and innovate.
