As Senior Creative Strategist (Middle East), you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic and creative development of campaigns across some of the region’s most high-profile accounts, including leading tourism and hospitality clients.

  • Collaborate with sales leads to develop new business proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams in the Middle East and Europe.
  • Represent Influencer across the region in client meetings.
  • Use cultural knowledge to shape strategies for tourism and hospitality brands.
  • Translate complex client objectives into clear strategic narratives.
  • Help build and codify Influencer’s strategic IP in the region.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative and production teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in a strategy or creative strategy role.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Deep cultural understanding of the Middle East market.
  • Strong network of regional creators and influencer ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to distill complex challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation design skills.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
