Artist Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Artist Manager who has an eye for talent and can identify emerging stars before they go viral. You will work closely with creators and help them navigate their careers in the media ecosystem of the future.

In Short

• Direct support and management for our creators.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for maximum reach and deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management.
• Strategically develop personal brands and campaigns.
• Work with Customer Success and Campaign Team for seamless execution.
• Negotiate and coordinate all important interfaces.
• Attend events, shoots, premieres, and more to support creators.
• Plan and organize schedules and travel for creators and clients.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Talent Manager.
• Strong interest in social media and content creators.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Structured working style.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Open-minded and sees criticism as an opportunity for improvement.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
