Overview

As an AI Engineer at Inflection.io, you will lead the development of agentic systems that leverage large language models (LLMs) to automate marketing workflows.

In Short

Design and implement agentic workflows for marketing automation.
Build and maintain multi-agent systems for various marketing tasks.
Integrate LLM features into SaaS offerings.
Benchmark LLMs for performance and cost.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience building agentic flows using frameworks like LangChain.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLM APIs.
Understanding of distributed systems and cloud scaling.
Hands-on experience with AI features in SaaS or MarTech platforms.
Start-up experience in high-growth settings.
