AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

Constructor is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and build our Agent Products, focusing on developing and evaluating sophisticated RAG pipelines and agentic workflows that enhance the shopping experience.

In Short

• Architect and build real-time agentic workflows for complex user tasks.
• Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for AI workflows.
• Design metrics to evaluate query results.
• Rapidly prototype novel product hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
• Improve speed, quality, and efficiency of AI systems.
• Take ownership of systems from conception to deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in relevant fields.
• Excellent skills in delivering business value.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and big data stack.
• Strong grasp of Information Retrieval techniques.
• Direct experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Experience with automatic prompt optimization is a plus.
• Solid understanding of ML evaluation methodologies.
• Passion for shipping high-quality products.
