ServiceNow Technical Expert (SPM) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Expert with SPM experience to join a major project with one of our large technology clients. The work can be done on-site (offices in Madrid or Nice, France), hybrid, or fully remote.

In Short

• Translating business requirements into ServiceNow features.
• Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect on design and development.
• Delivering ServiceNow SPM implementations including Demand Management and Project Management.
• Reviewing implementations for optimization and performance.
• Developing enhancements identified during UAT.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Demand and Project Management.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience with integrations and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SCRUM and Agile Methodology.
