Requirements

• Higher education (engineering or business school).
• At least 5 years of experience in information systems consulting related to SIRH/Payroll.
• Functional and technical skills in HR Access suite.
• Experience in scoping, implementation, and deployment within large groups.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Team-oriented with a passion for mentoring junior profiles.
• Fluency in English.
