We are looking for a SAP IS-U Customer Service Consultant to join our Inetum SAP Business Line team, where people are valued and the customer is at the center of our actions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Customer Interaction Center processes (ISU-CS).
• Experience in defining and supporting business process adjustments.
• Functional knowledge of SAP CRM for Utilities.
• Experience with customer service processes and contract management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve CRM issues related to contracts and master data.
• Experience with technical service orders and equipment maintenance.
• Support for end-users and incident tracking.
