Requirements

• University degree related to Public Sector Consulting (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics).
• 2-3 years of experience in the public sector consulting field.
• Experience in digital strategies and transformation plans.
• Experience in project management offices (PMO).
• Experience in the design of digital services and channels.
• Familiarity with process improvement and digitalization.
• Valuable experience in emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, and Cloud.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Language skills: English B2 level, C1 level preferred.
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach.
