Lead AI Engineer - GenAI & RAG Solutions - Remote

Overview

As a Lead AI Engineer within our Data & AI practice, you will play a key role in designing and building AI-driven solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, GPT integrations, and customizable LLM solutions for clients in sectors such as healthcare, public sector, and industry.

In Short

• Architect and implement RAG solutions in Azure.
• Conduct intake workshops and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support MVP development around GPT, Copilot extensions, and embedded LLM solutions.
• Shape the AI roadmap for our clients.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML projects.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector search.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with prompt engineering.
• Fluent in Dutch, comfortable working in a bilingual context.
• Interest in mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage.
• Understanding of data security and governance in AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps.
• Experience with document intelligence and NLP pipelines.
• Interest in sharing knowledge through internal chapters.
