IT Systems and Applications Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a professional to support the IT Systems and Applications Management team, responsible for managing, maintaining, and evolving application/platform infrastructures to optimize and support systems for new Cloud and Container environments.

In Short

• Manage and maintain application servers (Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, etc.).
• Migrate legacy applications to Kubernetes/OpenShift and/or GCP Cloud.
• Provide support to application support and development teams.
• Develop automation, design alarm systems, and monitoring solutions.
• Ensure 24/7 prevention and intervention.

Requirements

• Experience in scripting, hardening, and tuning Operating Systems.
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting applications (Apache, MySQL, NGINX, HAProxy, etc.).
• Strong focus on Systems and Applications Security.
• Excellent troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis skills.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms (Nagios, Prometheus, etc.).
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of programming languages (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Experience in Cloud environments (IaaS/Kubernetes).
• Basic knowledge of public cloud infrastructures (GCP, Azure, AWS).
