Overview

The IT Business Analyst will ensure the maintenance and operational support of applications, manage incidents, and contribute to quality improvement actions.

• Ensure corrective and evolutive maintenance activities for the application.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes.
• Well organized and rigorous.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems is a plus.
• Fluency in French (B2).
