As the Head of Accelerator Hub at Inetum, you will lead business growth in your territory, focusing on the public sector and automotive industry while collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets.

  • Lead the sales team and create a winning sales culture.

  • Monitor sales performance in line with the sales plan.
  • Develop initiatives to support employee life cycle in sales.
  • Coordinate with Group Sales Operations for commercial reviews.
  • Implement measurements and reporting to realize the sales plan.
  • Manage and optimize the sales remuneration plan.
  • Facilitate the annual business plan preparation.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance for sales initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across different business lines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record in people development and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Ability to build trust across various organizational levels.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Skills for maintaining work-life balance.
