HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across North America (primarily the US and Canada), ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.

In Short

• Handling employee operations for North America (CA & US majorly).
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Address employee queries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of training programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR Management System (HRMS).
• Handling ends to end recruitment.
• Contribute to various HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and employee experience.
• Participate in the planning and execution of HR initiatives.
• Using various HR tools to their optimum level.

Requirements

• Full time degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA, PGDM).
• Min 6 years of experience in managing HR operation/recruitment for CA & US employees, along with payroll knowledge; this is non-negotiable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
