Requirements

• 8-12+ years of consulting experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Experience working with Tribal communities is a plus.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payers and providers.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale healthcare solutions.
• Experience in healthcare operations and strategy.
• Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
