Project Manager (Automotive) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a genuine passion for the automotive world. Cars, motorbikes, powersports, everything on wheels gets you excited. In this role you will join our automotive and PTW vertical, managing complex projects end to end for some of the most respected brands in the industry.

In Short

• Own the planning and delivery of CG projects for global automotive clients.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects end to end.
• Build and maintain schedules and task plans for multiple projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for key clients.
• Lead day to day coordination with CG artists and other disciplines.
• Track hours and costs against estimates.
• Coach junior project managers and coordinators.
• Contribute to improving tooling, workflows, and reporting.
• Flag risks early and propose scenarios for alignment.
• Ensure effective project management from kick off to delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management in CG, VFX, or similar environments.
• Proven experience managing complex projects.
• Strong client management and leadership skills.
• Able to work with multiple deadlines.
• Confident in client-facing situations.
• Strong affinity with the automotive industry.
• Experience with international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
