Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Vermont with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams.

• Deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

• Full-Time role (40 hours/week) with modified options available.
• Requires active RN compact license and multi-state licensure.
• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills required.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records.
• Experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level FNP program.
• Active NP license with maintained RN licensure.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience.
• Experience providing care to newborns through adults.
• Strong clinical acumen to manage a broad range of conditions.
• Maintain active Medicare status.
• Prior telemedicine experience preferred.
