Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Kentucky to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams.

In Short

• Full-Time role (40 hours/week) with modified full-time opportunities at 32 hours/week.
• Requires an active RN compact license and multiple state licenses.
• Conduct virtual exams and manage a variety of health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical best practices.
• Scheduling flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
• 3+ years experience in urgent care or primary care settings required.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records.
• Prior telemedicine experience preferred.
• Comfortable with contractual scheduling requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained RN licensure.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume settings.
• Strong clinical acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a broad range of conditions.
• Maintain active Medicare status.
• Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations.
• Ability to function within an integrated medical practice.
• Excellent patient engagement skills.
