Therapy Manager, Behavioral Health - Remote

Overview

The Therapy Program Manager will oversee the system in which contracted therapists provide care at Included Health, and work to ensure that assigned clinicians are able to meet quality and practice goals.

• Oversee clinical operations for contracted therapists.
• Support clinician retention, performance, and quality.
• Identify opportunities for system-level improvements.
• Regularly evaluate systems and tools for efficiency.
• Manage clinician escalations and quality concerns.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training of therapists.
• Participate in external activities like webinars.
• Dedicate time to providing clinical care.
• Use data to inform decisions and support clinicians.

Requirements

• Three years of clinical experience as a licensed therapist or psychologist.
• Two years of remote healthcare management experience.
• Licensed provider in good standing.
• Active and unrestricted license in home state.
• Must meet all clinical and educational requirements.

Benefits
