Senior Data Analyst, Performance Guarantees - Remote

Overview

The Performance Guarantees Analyst is responsible for supporting the management, tracking, and reporting of Included Health's performance guarantees (PGs), which are commitments to meet performance metrics or repay fees.

In Short

• Develop subject matter expertise on Included Health’s standard PGs calculations & definitions.
• Maintain automated PG dashboards and associated data pipelines.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to align PGs with other company metrics.
• Implement forecasting models to predict PG outcomes.
• Debug issues with PG calculations and coordinate with data teams.
• Prepare regular reports on PG performance for stakeholders.
• Communicate PG status and potential risks to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to monitor PGs.
• Support Finance in calculating financial accruals related to PGs.
• Identify opportunities for improving PG processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and experience in analytics engineering.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools for dashboards.
• Ability to drive cross-functional process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical claims data preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with financial accruals is a plus.
