Overview

The Senior Analyst I is responsible for quantifying and communicating Included Health's value to clients, playing a crucial role in the Insights for Business Excellence (IBEX) team to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with clean and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts.
• Ability to handle ambiguity in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Master's degree preferred.
