Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the long-term success of our relationships with our clients by bridging the gap between Client Success and Member Care.

In Short

• Provide Member Care subject matter expertise support for client relationships.
• Be the point of contact for Client Success, keeping them informed of status and potential pain points.
• Partner with various leaders to mitigate client pain points and monitor trends.
• Own relationships with the client's external vendors as it pertains to Member Care Processes.
• Ensure client documentation is updated in partnership with Client Success.
• Partner with Training to ensure customer-specific trainings meet team needs.
• Assist Quality Audit with client audit requests.
• Act as a thought partner for leadership in Client Success and Member Care.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Project, or Program Management.
• 3+ years experience in Process Improvement methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with external clients and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with data mining and analysis.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
