In Short

• Manage cross-functional projects and develop detailed project plans.
• Anticipate program risks and build mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and report on status.
• Lead change management across the clinical organization.
• Manage OKR process and ensure quarterly reporting.
• Project manage new service launches.
• Own change management for clinical service lines.
• Be the project owner for smaller cross-clinical projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to mentor and assist employees.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort with data analysis (Looker preferred).
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
