Recruiting Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiting consultants and associate recruiters who vet and qualify expert witness candidates for litigation. This role involves overseeing the expert recruiting process, developing and implementing effective vetting strategies, and ensuring a seamless engagement experience for both experts and clients.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Experience in building relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including leadership.
• Law/consulting firm experience preferred.
