Recruiting Support - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting the recruiting team by sourcing candidates for tech roles, managing the ATS, and collaborating with the Recruiting Manager.

In Short

• Partner with the Recruiting Manager and assigned Recruiter.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Create reach-out messages to attract candidates.
• Manage the ATS and candidate pipeline.
• Curate candidate profiles for Hiring Managers.
• Attend weekly team meetings for feedback.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing for tech roles.
• Advanced boolean search skills required.
• Position is remote and available for LATAM residents only.
