Overview

You will support our IT clients in a sales and service-oriented manner through structured outbound calls, clear email outreach, and service-related formats such as feedback calls, event/webinar invitations, promotions, and short product/manufacturer introductions. Everything is remote, documented cleanly in the CRM.

In Short

  • Conduct structured outbound calls and email outreach
  • Engage in service and value calls including feedback and invitations
  • Prepare short introductions of products and manufacturers
  • Maintain documentation of contacts and activities in CRM
  • Utilize Office 365 and ChatGPT Teams for efficient work
  • Work in a small, fast-paced team
  • Enjoy flexible working hours in a remote environment
  • Participate in sales and AI/GPT workshops
  • Receive digital time tracking with overtime account
  • 30 vacation days for full-time, pro-rata for part-time/minijob

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of B2B phone experience in sales/outreach
  • German C1, dialect-free, confident on the phone and in emails
  • Independent and structured working style from home
  • Proficient in CRM and Office 365; IT affinity is welcome
