• Drive technical excellence, system architecture, and team development as a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of mobile apps, web applications, SDKs, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across systems.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and ownership.
• Partner with product, finance, and compliance teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.
• Enforce high standards in code quality, documentation, and engineering practices.

• Identify opportunities to streamline development processes.
• Work in a hybrid format, balancing remote and onsite work in San Francisco or New York.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience across backend and frontend systems.
• 5+ years leading the architecture of complex software systems.
• 5+ years developing consumer-facing tools using JavaScript and full-stack technologies.
• Strong expertise in building scalable distributed systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Strong sense of ownership and technical leadership.
• Experience scaling a development team.
• Proven ability to deliver mission-critical production systems.
