Working Student / Internship Cloud Support Engineer (all genders) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a working student or intern in the Cloud Support Engineer role, where you will collaborate closely with the CloudOps team and be introduced to KumoOps stack technologies.

In Short

• Work closely with the CloudOps team.
• Develop and test new features under guidance.
• Experience in Bash scripting and at least one cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OTC, or STACKIT).
• Design and take on smaller features related to the KumoOps stack.
• Support in handling support tickets and investigating incidents.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and events to diagnose issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations with support.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Nice to have: experience with GoLang or ArgoCD.
• Good English skills (C1), German is a plus.
