In Short

• Train customers in real estate accounting using the software.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to help clients become productive quickly.
• Provide expert consultations to clients.
• Be the point of contact for accounting questions related to Impower.
• Support clients with practical advice and assistance.
• Help develop training and onboarding materials.

Requirements

• Native German and fluent English skills.
• Strong pedagogical skills and a passion for teaching accounting topics.
• Commercial or tax-related education, or a relevant degree.
• Ideally certified property manager according to § 26a WEG IHK.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting for homeowner associations (WEG) and rental management (MV).
• Enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge.
• Tech-savvy to assist clients effectively.
• Experience in an agile work environment is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality and structured work approach.
