Overview

IMPLAN is seeking a Customer Success Manager to provide hands-on software and economic analysis support to clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with IMPLAN products.

In Short

  • Full-time position focused on customer success and support.
  • Work with clients to develop adoption and retention strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on IMPLAN data and products.
  • Onboard new customers and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide ongoing analytical support through various communication platforms.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow customer spend.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to voice customer needs.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Remote workplace with occasional travel for meetings.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of IMPLAN products and data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
  • Experience in customer success or service roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask across various software platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and Pendo is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Willingness to adapt and be challenged.
