Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team, ensuring compliance with industry standards while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality dietary supplements.

In Short

• Manage the Quality Assurance department for compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Oversee the development and improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Supervise batch records and specifications for raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain documentation for quality-related activities in compliance with regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies during inspections.
• Provide strategic direction for quality initiatives and process optimization.
• Full-time, flexible remote work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.).
• Fluency in English.
• 1+ years of experience in Quality Management or Quality Assurance in dietary supplements.
• Strong understanding of GMP and FDA 21 CFR regulations.
• Keen analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• SQF Certification knowledge is a plus.
