• Manage and mentor a team of tracking specialists, provide guidance, and support
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure tracking requirements are met
• Create and implement strategies for tracking and measuring e-commerce performance
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of tracking data
• Stay updated on the latest tracking technologies and industry best practices
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with tracking tools or data
• Address discrepancies and anomalies in tracking information
• Continuously evaluate and enhance tracking processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain tracking documentation and guidelines
