iOS Solutions Engineer (Growth Team) - Remote

Overview

The iOS Solutions Engineer will be embedded within the Growth Team, working alongside Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to provide technical guidance and consultation for iOS SDK customers.

In Short

• Lead technical consultations with customers evaluating our iOS SDKs.
• Translate customer use cases into scalable SDK integration plans.
• Collaborate with Sales to design proof-of-concepts and unblock technical objections.
• Maintain integration demos, sample apps, and technical guides for onboarding.
• Join customer calls to troubleshoot and advise developers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to funnel insights into product decisions.
• Evangelize best practices in architecture and API usage for iOS SDKs.
• Contribute to core SDK improvements based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Senior iOS developer fluent in Swift (bonus: SwiftUI).
• Experience collaborating with customers and understanding their needs.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear plans.
• Strong communicator comfortable with engineers and sales teams.
• Self-driven and autonomous in a remote environment.
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing function.
• Based in the EU and authorized to work and travel across Europe.
