Acute Care Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (Part-time) - Remote

Imagine Pediatrics is a pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing 24/7 care for children with special health care needs from home. We aim to improve health outcomes by breaking down barriers to quality care.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive care for complex pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses and therapists.
• Manage care plans using a virtual platform.
• Conduct virtual and in-home assessments for new and current patients.
• Educate parents on care plans and support.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage.
• Travel expected up to 10%.
• Shift work (24 hours/week) including nights and weekends.
• Active TX license required with additional licenses preferred.
• Compensation includes hourly rate and shift differentials.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pediatric Emergency Medicine or Acute Care.
• Active TX license and at least one additional license in FL, NY, or DC.
• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Board certification or ability to become certified within 2 years.
• Experience with children with medical complexity preferred.
• Virtual care experience is a plus.
• Strong desire to improve pediatric patient care.
• Ability to lead and guide a clinical team.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
