Overview

The Business Growth Head, IIX Digital Platforms is a key leadership position responsible for driving the growth and impact of IIX's digital initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the impact investing sector, strong digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

In Short

Lead a team of Strategy consultants, Business analysts, engineers, and UX designers.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to enhance IIX's online presence.
Analyze website and platform usage data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with online communities and stakeholders.
Track and analyze key performance indicators related to digital platform performance.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent with expertise in digital marketing and technology.
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in impact investing.
Prepare regular reports on digital platform performance for senior leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management, Data Science, or related field.
At least 14 years of experience in Business Development or related field.
Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth for digital products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Knowledge of impact investing or social finance is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in managing a team and project management.
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
