Overview

The Marketing Manager for Korea will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, managing daily KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.

In Short

  • Drive customer acquisition strategies to attract new buyers and increase retention.
  • Define key metrics for performance measurement within agreed budgets.
  • Build and execute scalable paid media strategies to maximize spend and return.
  • Report on results against spend and sales plans, analyzing findings for actionable insights.
  • Develop paid media strategies in partnership with HQ and negotiate local media buys.
  • Identify trends in digital media and formulate strategies around these trends.
  • Manage Korea-specific promotions and coordinate with global teams for retention campaigns.
  • Create localized campaigns that resonate with local and global customer segments.
  • Manage local agencies to improve impact and relevancy to Korean customers.
  • Support the Korea team in defining commercial strategies and trade marketing calendars.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluency in Korean and working level English.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and global paid channels.
  • Passion for digital marketing and performance-based results.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and optimize campaigns.
