The Revenue Cycle Denials Analyst is responsible for tracking and mitigating denials across the organization, ensuring optimal performance in denial prevention while collaborating with various business units.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Cycle medical claims management.
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• HFMA Certification and Epic systems experience are a plus.
• Five years of experience in medical billing/claims follow-up.
• Manual dexterity for equipment manipulation required.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment as necessary.
