Advanced Practice Provider - Adult Behavioral Health - Remote

Overview

As a Connect Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience through telehealth modalities.

In Short

• Fully remote position
• Flexible schedule within clinic hours: 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week
• Part-time, 24-hours per week
• 3 or more years of psychiatric APRN clinical experience required
• Prior experience with telehealth or similar technology
• PMHNP-BC certification required for Nurse Practitioners
• Active Utah medical license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification and DEA registration required

Requirements

• MSN or DNP with a Post graduate certificate in psychiatry/mental health
• Certification of Added Qualification in psychiatry for Physician Assistants
• Minimum of 10,000 hours of clinical practice in mental health
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
