Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, system-driven Talent Management Specialist II to join our Learning & Development team on a 6-month contract. This role is focused on the successful migration, configuration, and administration of our new Learning Management System (LMS).

In Short

• Facilitate LMS migration and organization of data.
• Configure administrative features within the LMS.
• Identify and resolve issues in eLearning packages.
• Generate and analyze training reports using Excel.
• Organize and document learning content and processes.
• Minimum 1 year of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with Percipio and SuccessFactors preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• 1 year of LMS administration experience.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other SAP platforms.
• Experience with eLearning development using Articulate a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with system audits and data accuracy management.
• Strong organizational skills.
