• Responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

• Work cross-functionally to serve as a resource for internal stakeholders
• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation
• Assist in tax preparation and compliance
• Work with teams worldwide
• 40 hours per week, M-F, with potential for late evenings and early mornings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field
• 3-5 years of total accounting experience
• 1-2 years of public accounting experience
• CPA or actively pursuing certification is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Hands-on approach, detail-oriented
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
