Overview

The Executive Director (ED) of the Foundation for Homan Square is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization, driving its mission, vision, and goals.

• Lead the development and execution of strategic goals.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree preferred in relevant fields.
• At least 7 years of executive leadership experience.
• Knowledge of community development and engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Some fundraising experience preferred.
• Familiarity with organizational change management.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Ability to travel occasionally outside of Chicago.
• Experience in nonprofit management.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
