Field Service Representative (Roving) - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Representative will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives while supporting the R391 (C130J) Composite Propeller System and related components at a customer site.

In Short

• Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer.
• On-site interpretation of data and technical instruction.
• Communicate status of programs, customer problems, and failures.
• Assist customer in scheduling maintenance and workload.
• Perform intermediate and depot level maintenance.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance of Composite Propeller System.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
• Relocation assistance provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with aviation experience.
• 2+ years in engine and/or propeller maintenance.
• Able to lift a minimum of 65 lbs.
• Must pass a non-DOT drug test and background check.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information required.
