Overview

ICF is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Advisor to support clients in the energy and utilities sector by providing insights on state regulatory environments and assisting with various regulatory strategies.

• Provide regulatory support for utility clients and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Energy, Sustainability, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in state regulatory affairs for utilities.
• Preferred law degree focused on energy policy regulations.
• Experience in utility regulatory affairs or legal areas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex regulatory information.
• Proven analytical skills related to energy policy.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
