Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

ICF is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in full-stack development and AI-driven application design. This role is open to 100% remote work anywhere within the US, with a requirement to visit the customer site in Rockville, MD once a week for those in the DC Metro area.

In Short

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered web applications.

• Support the development of multi-environment CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python.
• Experience with RDBMS, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• 3+ years of experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for AI deployment.
• Exposure to fine-tuning AI models for custom use cases.
• Master's Degree preferred.
