Head Start Grantee Specialist - Region X - Remote

Overview

ICF seeks an experienced Grantee Specialist to support the Region X office of Head Start Training and Technical Assistance contract, providing high-quality training and technical assistance to improve the capacity of Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

In Short

• Support Head Start operations in Region X.
• Provide onsite and virtual consultation to improve program compliance.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans.
• Coordinate technical assistance with specialists.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• BA or BS degree from an accredited institution required.
• Travel required within the region.
• Experience with Head Start programs preferred.
• Fiscal expertise and data analysis skills beneficial.

Requirements

• BA or BS Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years experience in program management or fiscal operations.
• Experience providing technical assistance to organizations.
• Experience with organizational change and compliance issues.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in computer software systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
