Strategic Finance Professional - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Strategic Finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of key financial indicators.

In Short

• Support budgeting and forecasting of key financial performance indicators.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget process.
• Develop key financial and performance metrics.
• Liaise with FP&A team members for business-specific metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting structure.
• Partner with sales for monthly analyses of budget vs. actual results.
• Perform sales analytics to support business development.
• Prepare monthly management and quarterly board reporting packages.
• Identify process gaps and implement internal controls.
• Assist in ad hoc projects like software implementation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Familiarity with private market investments preferred.
• Experience with planning and ERP tools.
• Able to work with business leads on performance metrics.
• Advanced degree or credentials like MBA, CPA, CFA desired.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage large data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with big picture capability.

• Base salary range of $100,000 to $140,000.
