Fund Accounting Specialist - APAC Region - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking for the ideal candidate to join the growing International Fund Finance team, focusing on accounting for a fast-growing sector of the business, including FX hedging operations for newly-created FX-hedged funds.

In Short

• Serve as the APAC region accounting and operational specialist.
• Review NAVs produced by third-party fund administrators.
• Maintain relationships with fund managers and administrators.
• Contribute to enhancement and automation of key processes.
• Work closely with Fund Finance team in the US and Portugal.
• Point of contact for fund administrators and service providers.
• Monitor cash positions and manage cash reserves.
• Liaise with funds’ custodian and bank.
• Fulfill ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of fund accounting or finance operations experience.
• Advanced accounting skills and experience within an audit framework.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and passion for technology.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
