In Short

• Join the Corporate Finance team as an FP&A Analyst / Associate.
• Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop financial performance metrics dashboards.
• Assist in the annual budget process and variance analysis.
• Support monthly management and quarterly board reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting structures.
• Work with FP&A teams and sales for insights into performance.
• Implement internal controls and improve documentation.
• Assist with special projects and software implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments for financial analysis.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Familiarity with Private Market Investments preferred.
• Experience with planning and ERP tools like Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and quantitative modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with big picture capability.
• Advanced degree or credentials like MBA, CPA, CFA desired.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $70,000 to $110,000.
