Cloud IAM Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Cloud IAM Engineer role sits within the Corporate Technology department whose mission is to empower individuals across the firm with reliable and innovative technology.

In Short

• Support IAM functions within iCapital focusing on governance tools like Saviynt and Okta.
• Manage and maintain identity governance platforms.
• Create and grant access to new users and non-human accounts.
• Lead recertification initiatives and deploy single sign-on applications.
• Troubleshoot access and permission related requests.
• Maintain an efficient user lifecycle management program.
• Govern IAM for cloud environments and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with department leaders and Information Security.
• Drive IAM governance and suggest best practices.
• Document processes and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Experience with IAM tools like Saviynt, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of SAML and OAuth single sign-on applications.
• Familiarity with directory services and identity federation.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Strong understanding of IAM and cloud governance practices.
• Ability to deliver clear documentation and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a regulated and secure environment.
